Do I need a patch test for SPMU/Microblading/Laser?

The answer is in no uncertain terms, YES you do! This not only gives piece of mind but covers both Re:New and yourself should there be an adverse response to any service. Please do not ask if there is a form you can sign to waive rights as the answer will be a resounding no. I think too much of you to jeopardise your health and wellbeing

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Unfortunately not but GOOD NEWS I take cash, card, Apple Pay & GooglePay (even hard labour if my skirting boards need dusting lol)

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that everyone pay their deposits when booked in as this secures your appointment. Although aware that life does get in the way sometimes a minimum of 12 hours notice is appreciated or you deposit will be forfeit to cover the expense of an open slot. I appreciate your support in this

Is Re:New child friendly?

We try to accommodate every here at Re:New and the little ones are more than welcome if they are well behaved. If you are having SPMU/LASER OR MICROBLADING you are unfortunately unable to bring anyone else to your service with you due to health and safety implications and regulations that need to be followed
